Knee popping sound
I hear knee popping sound from both knees and it pains sometimes badly. Is it due to low synovial fluid or oiling in knee ? How do I increase fluid in my knees, without any surgery or medicines ?

Hello Dear, The popping sound in the knee is insignificant and does happen due to some friction. However it is not related to low fluids or oiling. In case of pain, you can take hot water fomentation. Other than that you can ignore the sound.
