  4. Knee pains. Pains for my grandfather?

Hello, could you please Prescribe an Ointment/ Balm / Solution to knee pains for my grandfather? He is 93 years old and has little or no cartilage in his knees. A medicine that could give relief is required. He already used tablets which showed no impact and would not like to use anymore tablets. Thank you in advance.
