My father is having knee pain for so many years till now and his two legs are curved.He cannot walk for even an hour .he is having diabetes also and what is the remedy to cure his knee pain ?

As per your description, he must be suffering from osteoarthritis knees with varus deformity, consult orthopedic surgeon he requires knee joint replacement
