I have fluid in my calf and knee pain, on my inside of my right knee ,when i elevated it , seems to help

HELLO SIR, KNEE CAN RETAIN LIQUID BUT CALF I DON'T  THINK. IN KNEE EXTRA FLUID UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA BY AN ORTHOPEDICIAN CAN BE EXTRACTED BUT A PAINFUL PROCEDURE. YOU CAN APPLY LOCALLY DR. ORTHO OIL TWO THREE TIMES. TAKE A BUCKET FILLED WITH HOT WAETR ADD SOME COMMON SALT N DIP YOUR LEGS NBY MUG INSTILL OVER KNEE,LOT OF RELIEF IS THEIR. TAB TRAMADOL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS OR AS REQUIRED.OK.
