Knee Pain in right leg
From last few months, i am feeling knee pain in right leg. It is random pain. Some time in right side of knee sometime in left side. For 2-3 days,  below therapy. I am doing ice then massage from castor oil & then hot pack. It feels relax after 3 days. But after a week pain comes back slowly & increase day by day.

consult orthopedic surgeon,get evaluated for ligaments injury, or synovitis of knee,he will suggest treatment
