Female 27 years developing severe knee pain left side since 2 years which is aggravated while walking climbing stairs and sitting down with folded legs There is no swelling redness Just unbearable pain sometimes Pls suggestions to get rid of pain and what could be the cause Thanks

If the pain is confined to knee alone kindly consult ortho. If the pain is radiating to thighs and legs meurologists can help
