Knee pain and tik sound
I have a knee pain..like wise elbow pain too...but at that time if i do flexion and extension movement cntnusly there will be an tik sound is heard...and tha pain disappears after the tik sound

The sound is called crepitus.It happens mostly because of age or immobility for longer durations. Taking medication such as paracetamol or ibuprofen may help to relieve creaky joints. Applying an ice pack or wearing an elastic support bandage may also help.
