Hi I have issue with my right knee, which gives cracking sound and even I have heavy hair fall,I even have pain when I fold my right knee for sometime,

Hello, Occasionally hearing pops, snaps, and crackles when you bend your knees doesn’t necessarily mean you have arthritis. Crepitus in the knee is common and usually painless. There’s no need to be concerned. But, pain that accompanies the crackling and popping sounds could indicate a problem.consult orthopedic surgeon. There are many other causes also like thyroid problem, androgen alopacia, hereditary, stressful life, usage of hard water, protein deficiency, scalp infection ,kindly consult dermatologist and go through other possibilities .
