What is the best treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis (medium stage) without surgery Age: 65 yrs. Weight: 90 kg Hight: 155 cm Gender: Female Patient Status: diabetes, high blood pressure, high colestrol level, osteopsathyrosis (fragilitas ossium) What is the most effective treatment for the knee osteoarthritis (breakdown of joint cartilage and underlying bone of the knee) (medium stage) without surgery. This case is clear osteoarthritis..!! There are two ways... one is straight surgery.. but as u said no for surgery,, i can consult physiotherapy.. as it gives very good result for O.A.,, and to be clear the changes happened in ur knee joint considering ur age will not be normal again... as they are natural changes in ur body.. but,, yes through physio u can control the pain n ur daily activities smoothly.!! And ofcousre 20mins morning walk with open knees in 7:30-8:00am sunrays.!! Thanku
