My age is just 18.I had knee pain in 2-3 yrs.i'm give masturbate in certain peroid highly.. it is one of the reason for knee pain.pls suggest any treatment for this

If you are masturbating in unusual positions where you flex your knee excessively you will hurt your inner structures of the knee like posterior horn of meniscus in deep flexion. Keep your knee straight or just bent for 70 degrees while you masturbate and see the change. If your pain is not better meet a orthopaedician and take his advice.
