Hello, I'm Dr. Subin. Either you are giving extra load to your knees (over weight) of extra work. If you are getting cracking noise from your knee joints you may be suffering from osteoarthritis. Here an X ray or an MRI can only confirm it. Using of pain killers is just a temporary relief. Avoid using staircase, long walking and extra stress to your knees. Add more calcium to your diet( small fish, green leafy vegetables, milk, egg, or calcium supplements). Ayurveda have a good management in Osteoarthritis. Consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and he can help you.
