Knee joint pains.
I have been facing problem in my knee joints since few days. Before that i made a trek of 7km mountain it was plain at times and had lots of climbing. Whenever i sit for 15mins in a constant position then I experience huge pain my knees and it repeats continuously as long as i sit. When in standing position i dont get any types of pains. Pls suggest me some tips to reduce the pains.

Some of the most common reasons for knee pain are sprained ligaments, meniscus (cartilage) tears, tendonitis, and runner's knee...some other causes include bursitis,osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain syndrome etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.. Regards..
