Hello there Well mam it is mostly a case of patelofemoral syndrome/chondromalacia patella.....most likely it is cartiledge degeneration...however proper symtoms and history along with any xrays of knee if you have would be more beneficial for proper diagnosis. Do resort back with it. Regards
