Knee joint pain
I had diagnosed Viral arthritis 3 weeks back and had taken medication and it was cured, but from last 3 to 4 days iam experiencing huge pain in knee joints, ankle joints and also my left shoulder joint. Applying pain balm but no use, Pls suggest any medication
on this

Hello Practo User,
The pain will be there for 4-6 weeks after a viral infection.
Avoid painkiller as much as you can.
Paracetamol ...you can take if really needed
Health Tips
Don't apply ointment or massage or heat.
Drink plenty of water.
If symptoms are severe Consult a Orthopaedic doctor.
