Knee and joint pain

Does leaving dairy products help in reducing pain in knee? I am suffering from knee pain and visit Fortis and Medicity hospital. X-Ray is clear no issue. Have HBA1C little high 5.9 , since then I am controlling sugar. But still not getting desired results. Past history is IBS so I am taking lot of curd only. I was googling about knee pain and find that leaving dairy product will help you lot. I can do this to get the relief. But I want the opinion from Practo. Please advice.

In my opinion curd is cold from inside if u want to have it you can change its formation from being cold to warm by adding jeera pudina into it same goes for rice... u need to have rice with clove or with jeera...u need to take less amount of rajma lobia chana urad dal as by having this gas creates inside the body( Baye ka dard) if we take these products on regular basis.. get well soon take care

Your knee pain could be because of muscle imbalance and for that you need proper assessment done from a physio. Stretching your muscle like hamstring and gastrocnemius might help for now.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sir, if your x ray is OK, then one needs to explore other causes if knee pain. Did u have an injury? Have u got your vitamin D and uric acid levels checked? Are any other joints painful? Do you have fever-even low grade?what does clinical examination of your  knee reveal as per the orthopaedic surgeons you've already shown. Are u doing the exercises that may have been advised? Need to look into these issues first.
