Klebssielapneumonia in semen
I have Klebssiela spp in my Semen culture test. I was suffering this infection till 5 months right now. I was taken antibiotics with doctor prescription. But didn't cured. My DRE test and kub tests was normal. I was have chlymdia infection on last October and i was taken antibiotics for this and cured this chlymdia infection. My semen infection symptoms are penis burning sensation,penis irritation, testicles irritation. Is this any serious condition? What happened if its left untreated???

This definitely needs to be treated with a prolonged antibiotic course which has good penetration to the prostate and seminal vesicles along with the condition that klebsiella is sensitive to this antibiotic taken. It can lead to complications like infertility, stricture or sepsis if left untreated.
