Bacterial infection in semen
I have bacterial infection(Klebssiela spp) in Semen till 7 months right now. I have taken antibiotics with doctor prescription but didn't cured. I have taken PSA test, Urine tests, Scrotum USG. Everything is normal. But I have little testicle pain, pain urination sometimes, burning sensation in penis. Is there any treatment without Antibiotics for semen infection. I'm done with Antibiotics, when I take antibiotics I feel very tired and sick. Is there any treatment without Antibiotics? I thought I got it from Chlymdia. I have STI history. But I cured chlymdia with Antibiotics. Now negative.
