Kindly suggest me
My lipid profile is very high. Except HDL all are high. Also my HbA1C test results showing very high levels,approximately 197mg/dl.kindly suggest me about which diet I should follow in controlling.

Avoid sugar first and foremost and any other things which has high sugar content such as rice and potatoes etc and discuss treatment with me on practo i assure you that with in 3 month you HBA1C levels will be within nornal range

Since you have high lipid profile and High blood sugar level , you should consult a doctor with reports regarding the medication if needed . Meanwhile follow diabetic diet like low on carbohydrates ( No rice , potato or sugar ) and low fat diet ( less ghee, butter or high calorie meat like mutton ) Exercise atleast 30 mins a day including 10 mins of brisk walking .
