I had a sex with sex worker for the first time last Saturday and I used a condom but for the last 5 minutes , the condom was removed and I had a sex. After the sex I cleaned my private part with warm water and soap. I had also taken some antibiotics (Amoxylin 625)..Now I am getting scared of getting HIV.. Kindly suggest what to do? Is it possible to get HIV at single exposure.

Hi... HIV transmission can occur after a single exposure. the risk may be much higher if certain biological risk factors, such as STIs or a high viral load, are present. as more exposures to HIV occur, the overall risk of transmission increases. It takes some time for the test to be positive after exposure.

Antibiotics do not work for HIV prevention. Do not sled medicate and take proper treatment.
Yes, it is possible to get infection, but do not worry, the chances are less than 1%.
Take appropriate medications for HIV prophylaxis. However, HIV prophylaxis medication is given 72 hours after exposure.
