This is going to be across the blood group barrier transplant. It is scientifically possible with extra procedure and medicines. For this, you need to consult his nephrologist. Regarding success rate of a normal transplant, all over the world success at 1 year is around 90 to 95%. At 5 years, it is around 75 to 80%. By 10 years, it is around 50%. For across blood group, it is 5% lower than usual transplant.
