Stones in kidney usually occur due to poor diet and fluid /water consumption. Take plenty of fluids specifically  water, thin dals, soups, vegetable broths and plenty of buttermilk instead of milk tea and coffee. Also add lime and ginger juice in your routine as first drink in morning.
Next Steps
Measure u r water consumption and urine out for a single day i. e 24 hrs and based on it drink water with out missing by setting alarms and prevent calculi from occurring in future. Avoid red meat, beer alcohol smoking and sugary and salty junk snack foods.
Health Tips
Pranayam, 21 Surya namaskar every day in the morning and 30 minutes physical fitness regimen is a must to go for. For more help pls reach out to us on Practo through mail or call. Take care. 1
