I have mild pain in the back, lower abdomen and also at side part, at various times since 1 week and I'm unable to sleep at night. I suspect kidney Stone. So please give initial advice to flush out stone as soon as possible

Have lots of water. Skip a rope if u van or just jump at one spot.
Get an ultrasound kub done to vhecl if stones are there before u start anything for atones.
