Suffering from kidney stone,size of stone are, pain in lower side of abdomen Left kidney size:- 5mm , right kidney :- 4mm

Stones inside the kidney won't cause pain. Only when they drop down into the ureter, they cause pain. Lower abdomen pain which u have is not related to kidney stones
