Dear friend, the report says that there is an obstruction in your ureter (the tube that connects kidney to urinary bladder). To know the exact reason of obstruction x ray has been adviced. Also it suggests that there a mild infection in your uterus related organs. As you hav not provided the symptoms here it is not possible to give you the diagnosis or treatment. Pls consult a general surgeon or urologist. They might also ask for gynecologist opinion. hope this gives an idea. Regards.
