Kidney stone now in ureter.
R/ Sir
My wife is suffering from acute pain due to kidney stone, which is now in the upper ureater.
She is taking berberis vulgaris, Hydrangea arborescens and cantharis for five days. Her stone has not decreased so far.
Please advise me weather stone can be removed/ dissolved from ureter. Copy of USG and CT Scan is attached.

Stones cannot be dissolved except uric acid stones(Majority have calcium based stones). This LL most likely end in surgery. U can try some medicines for expulsion of stones if I want. If stones still persist get operated
