Kidney Stone
Last week, I suffered serious stomach pain. I went to the hospital, and the doctors suggested I take a USG KUB (Ultrasound of the Kidneys, Ureters, and Bladder). After I took the scan, it showed one stone in my mid-ureter measuring 5.2 mm. After that, the doctor suggested I take a CT scan. In the CT scan report, it showed only a 4mm x 1.2mm stone. This is the first time I've faced this issue in my life. Does it need surgery to remove the stone, or is it curable with medicine?

As the SIZE is 4x 1.2 mm You can try medical management for 4-5 days. If the stone is not passing out. Then you will need to undergo a Surgery.
