I have para thyroid (PTH) because of that calcium release and deposit in kidney and become stone.
I have been operated lithotripsy thrice.

You need to undergo scan for parathyroid adenoma, may require surgery for that as well, to control hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria. Please discus this issue with your treating doctor .
