Kidney stone
I have pain in left side kidney, below is the ultrasound report: ULTRASOUND FOR KIDNEYS/URETER/BLADDER RIGHT KIDNEY is normal in size and echotexture. It measures 10.7 x 5.5 cms. with normal cortical thickness. Cortico-medullary differentiation is well maintained. PCS not dilated. No direct evidence of calculus seen. LEFT KIDNEY is normal

Get a NCCT/CT urogrsphy done for further evaluation. Ultrasonography have less pick up rate especially ureteric stones. This may help to explain left side pain. Get urine examination done for infection
