Calculus of 3.7 mm usually doesn't cause significant symptoms.u need not worry about that if that is the only stone.
But if u have severe pain get a c t scan done to see any stones in ureter.
That small stone usually pass out with optimum water intake.
Follow it up with next scan after 6 months
