There are multiple options to treat this kidney stone including 1. RIRS ( flexible ureterorenoscopy) 2. PCNL If you don't want invasive surgery then ESWL is also an option for you depending on the stone location and composition ( idea given by ct scan). It is not possible to treat by medicines
