Kidney Stone
I have 6 mm stone in both kidneys. Firstly there was only one but after 5 months I developed another one in the other kidney.I am 52 years old and wants treatment without operations and laser as there are many side effects. What should I do ? Provide some measures and prevent ion?

Majority of asymptomatic Small stones detected in kidneys are usually treated with dietary advice, and drugs though they have to be followed up regularly .
Surgical intervention is required only if impacted in the urinary tract and causing severe symptoms , infection and affecting kidney function.
Consult a urologist for clinical physical examination and evaluation.
Meanwhile mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily,15 ml every time helps in treatment
