Kidney stone
I am getting urine less and not feeling pressure suddenly i realise that i have to go to washroom. And also sometime feeling not empty my bladder fully. Can it be solved by home remedies?pain in stomach is very less,i think i have kidney stone.

You need a detailed history and examination .
After that an ultrasound with pvr study,urinalysis, and uroflowmetry is needed for further evaluation.
