How to cure kidney stones of size 7.4 mm? Does this require lazer treatment or home remedies are enough.

Endoscopic treatment with laser is the best. Get a plain CT scan to check the size of the stone. Often the stones are smaller than what they appear on USG. In that case you might not need any surgery and it will pass out with hydration only. All the best
