High uric acid level 7.5 , hence there may be chances of formation of kidney stones . what are the early symptoms of stone ? How to detect if the small stone has been formed .? Suggest dietry guidelines too.

Yes the changes of having kidney stones increase due to elevated uric acid levels. Only USG or X Ray are diagnostic tools to confirm kidney stone. Urine test can help for diagnosis. Burning sensation during urinatation , increase in frequency of urine, pain during urine, referred pain In abdomen and back are some symptoms. Take plenty of lukewarm water. Avoid dairy products ( you can have only ghee). Avoid diet causing constipation and acidity. Calcium rich food, high protein intake such as dal and pulses.
