Kidney stone
Hi... My kidney stone size is 4 to 5 mm in uper pole of right kidney and there is 3 calculas found one lower pole....

These stones seem to be in the smaller zone but its better to do a CT scan KUB plain to know the exact location and dimensions of stone. Keep yourself well hydrated. You should take fluids in such a way atleast you should pass 2.5litres urine per day. Avoid red meat and excess salt in diet. If CT scan shows same dimensions than you will eventually pass it off.
