Yes we have ureteroscopic (endoscopic) approach for these kind of stones. You can approach to any experienced urologist in your area. We will need  a pre op work up for you likw serum creatinine, potassium, sodium, urine routine ,  complete hemogram , RBS, USG KuB.

If it’s 3CM surgical treatment should be done . If it’s 3MM we can try medical treatment .. but still we need proper history and USG report . We should know the location of stone .. so share your USG report .
