Kidney stone and fatty liver grade 1
Small right kidney stone 2.8 mm is noted, would like to know its type and how to prevent to get it bigger or more srone formation in future ..And what should be ideal diet and tips to reverse fatty liver and does this size of stone gets obstructed or normally pass its own and i would like to know stone type attaching image of ultrasound ...Kindly answer all questions and is treatment needed or not ?? how to break body tendency to break stone..Thanks...

Cut non veg as much possible
Drink citrus juices
Avoid cashews cocoa chocolates.
May continue with almonds
