Kidney start shrinking

Asked for Female, 48 Years

My mother have kidney shrinkage both the kidneys start shrinking and because of this her blood cretanine level reaches 7 she is suffering from this since last year when her cretanine level was 4.2 but it is not controlled after that she is hetting tretment from pgi chd.. Also she take aurvedic medicines but no effect. Pleade help me.
