Ensure adequate hydration and check the serum creatinine and blood urea after 3 days. Let’s see the value and decide. Meanwhile check whether she is passing adequate amount of urine and whether there is any blood in urine. If she has any abdominal pain, then get a ultrasound of the KUB region as well
