Yes, the kidney function has deteriorated, it's important to do a ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis immediately to know the reason for this decline in kidney function. If there's obstruction in the kidney pipe (ureter), then it needs to be addressed immediately. Ultrasound also would tell us whether there's any change in the kidney tissue that could have caused kidney failure. Immediately consult with a nephrologist as well.
