Right kidney measures: 117*67mm. Normal in size and show increased echotexture. Partial loss of cortico-medullary differentiation. No Evidence of hydronephrosis noted. Few Calculi noted, largest measuring 5mm in lower pole calyx. Left kidney measures: 114*66mm. Normal in size and show increased echotexture. Near total total loss of cortico-medullar
