if the pain is persistent and associated with vomiting and increased sweating, then it could be due to stone in the urinary tract. Ideally you need to get a plain CT scan of Abdomen and pelvis to look for any obstruction by the stone. you also need to get urea and serum creatinine to assess the kidney function. Based on these factors, the treatment can be suggested
