No my friend , eat away asnmuch as u wish!! Eating saturated whey protein powder (used by body builders) in excess or non veg every day can cause problems... But pulses (black chana, rajma, soyabean, daal) don't have such extremely high levels of protein in them.... In fact I recommend that all vegetarians should eat some form of pulses daily--- tuver dal, chana dal, rajma, toor, black chana, moong .... This is so that we get sufficient proteins required for our body.... Proteins r building blocks of our body... N a healthy male needs 1g /kg/day protein!
