Back pain can be of many reason. Kidney stone, bone related problem, nerve related problem, back muscle related problem. Numbness is the hand and leg can be because of spine and nerve related issue. Please get a basic evaluation with ultrasound and urine test. You need to have a neurologist opinion for proper evaluation.

How do you know that the backache is due to a renal cause?
Pain due to renal colic suggests obstructive uropathy mostly due to renal stones.
Numbness in extremities maybe due to a variety of reasons, including spinal causes; which in lumbar region may present as backache too.
The information u provided is insufficient. If u still want to rule out renal pain, then get Renal function tests and an ultrasound of the abdomen.
