Dear Sir, if your mother is on regular dialysis then please consult your nephrologist for what can be done to improve her health. If you have used two different weighing machines to check the weight then that could be the reason. Other than adequate dialysis (at least thrice per wreak) she will need an acceptable hemoglobin (at least 10 g%) and other measures to improve her health. Every dialysis patient has unique requirements which have to be looked into. Take care.
