Your kidneys have taken a bad hit. Infection is not the only thing affecting your renal function. Meet a nephrologist to slow down the renal dysfunction. Not really sure if Ayurveda can help. But a word of advise, stick to one line of treatment only. Do not mix allopathy and ayurveda together. Any side effect of this mixopathy may destroy your kidneys forever. Do not panic, take a deep breath, be smart. All the best.
