Serum Creatinine 1.4mg%, serum uric acid 9.5mg% are in low and other are in range. what hsould I do. anything serious.

Suggest repeat serum creatinine in a NABH accredited or standard lab (if not done in one). Also check your BP, urine routine. If any of the above abnormal consult a Nephrologist.
