Kidney cysts
Two cortical cyst measuring 1.8×1.9cm and 1.1×1.0cm are seen in upper pole with internal septation and lower pole respectively.
This is my mom kidney position.
Her left kidney is removed.

Get renal function test like blood urea,serum creatinine,creatine clearance done .if everything normal,
Renal cortical simple cysts may not cause any significant problem until they are compressing pelvicalyceal system or very large.yearly follow up is advisable
