So now my doctor has advised to prepare dialysis anytime sooner. But I don't want to switch to dialysis so soon.So can you guide me another way?

If the kidney function has declined to levels which require dialysis, unfortunately you can not avoid it. In fact not doing it may cause dangerous life threatening complications. If possible start preparing for kidney transplant as that offers best survival and quality of life.
