KFT test Result interpretation
I am 50 year old and a diabetic for 12yrs now. Recent KFT gave values of blood urea at 159mg/dl and creatinine at 8mg/dl (even in repeat test) rest all salts are in right value range. The ultrasound also should no size change of kidney.Do i have to undergo Dialysis or can it be controlled via diet and drugs.

Consult a nephrologist for evaluation of other parametes and clinical assessment for need for dialysis.pattern of increase also determines need for dialysis.
